With CIG changing the gift ability of bought back items just now, we have made the decision to bring the store into maintenance mode to assess the situation fully before bringing it back online.
Orders may be cancelled if they are no longer deliverable - This is, unfortunately, a consequence of this change.
We will let you know when the store is ready to come back up, sorry for the inconvenience.
FAQ
CIG has made many items ungiftable which means that we have to recheck our stock in order to ensure that the items you buy are actually available.
Once we complete all of the stock checks we will re-open our store
If your order was already delivered then no, it does not affect you. Your purchases are as safe as always
Once the check is completed the items that will be available on our site will be delivered as usual. If we are unable to deliver an order we will cancel and refund it.
If you have an order pending and you are seeing this screen, that likely means that we will have to cancel and refund it. Don't worry if we can deliver, we will, but otherwise you will get a full refund.
