The Impound summary

What to know

Nutritional Density Rating (NDR) is the score of nutrition value of food items in the game. It is devised by the UEE Health Services to help its citizens eat healthier. It takes into consideration the food's concentration of nutrients per 100 kcal, the breadth and diversity of nutrients contained, and the nutritional bioavailability. The higher an NDR score, the better a food item is for a person's overall health. However, the rating is not a silver bullet as no single food contains all the nutrients a single person needs, so along with eating high-scoring food, the second most important thing an individual can do is consume a wide variety of foods.
