The F8C Lightning is a single-seat heavy fighter derived from the military F8A. A dense pilot-controlled gun package, strong speed, and unusually agile handling for its class make it a direct combat ship built to overwhelm lighter opponents.
Combat Spacecraft
The F8C pairs the firepower and protection expected from a heavy fighter with handling that is quicker than its size suggests. Every weapon, maneuver, and systems decision remains with one pilot, giving the ship immediate response while demanding strong situational awareness.
