REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through The Impound, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via the website located at https://theimpound.com (“Site”). By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

**ARTICLE I

ALL SALES FINAL**

1.1 No Refunds. All sales of digital goods, account‑related services, valuations, consultations, and any other products or services offered by the Company are final and non‑refundable.

1.2 No Exceptions. Refunds will not be issued for:

(a) buyer’s remorse; (b) misunderstanding of the product or service; (c) dissatisfaction with digital goods; (d) misunderstanding of game mechanics or platform rules; (e) changes to game mechanics, platform policies, or Terms of Service; (f) loss of access to a game account; (g) account bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions by RSI/CIG; (h) delays caused by user error or incomplete information; (i) technical issues beyond the Company’s control; (j) incorrect or incomplete order information provided by the user.

1.3 Digital Goods. All products and services offered are digital in nature and have no real‑world monetary value. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, revoked, or reclaimed.

1.4 Access Equals Completion. Once digital goods have been accessed, redeemed, transferred, or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

**ARTICLE II

IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION**

2.1 Verification Required. The Company may require identity verification before processing or completing any transaction.

2.2 Failure to Verify. If you fail to complete identity verification when requested:

(a) your order may be canceled; (b) no refund will be issued; (c) the Company may retain funds to cover administrative and fraud‑prevention costs.

2.3 Fraudulent Transactions. If fraud is suspected, the Company may:

(a) cancel the transaction; (b) retain funds to cover losses; (c) report the incident to payment processors, law enforcement, or fraud databases.

2.4 Administrative Fee. The Company may retain an administrative fee of up to 25% of the transaction amount for orders canceled due to:

(a) user error; (b) incomplete information; (c) failure to complete verification; (d) suspected fraud.

 

**ARTICLE III

CHARGEBACKS PROHIBITED**

3.1 Contractual Consequences of Invalid Chargebacks You retain the right to dispute a transaction with your financial institution. However, filing an invalid, false, or fraudulent chargeback constitutes a breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

3.2 Remedies for Invalid Chargebacks If you initiate an invalid or fraudulent chargeback:

(a) your access to the Site and Services may be suspended or terminated; (b) all pending transactions may be canceled; (c) the Company may take action to recover any losses, fees, or costs incurred as a result of the dispute; (d) the Company may report the incident to payment processors, fraud‑prevention databases, or law enforcement where applicable.

3.3 Recovery of Costs You remain responsible for all amounts owed, including:

(a) chargeback fees; (b) administrative fees; (c) collection costs; (d) reasonable legal fees.

 

**ARTICLE IV

DELIVERY OF DIGITAL GOODS**

4.1 Delivery Completion. Delivery is considered complete when:

(a) digital goods are transferred to the user; (b) account‑related services are performed; (c) confirmation is sent to the user’s email or account.

4.2 User Responsibility. You are responsible for:

(a) providing accurate information; (b) ensuring access to your email; (c) ensuring access to your RSI account (if applicable); (d) responding to verification requests; (e) securing your login credentials.

4.3 Failure to Respond. If you fail to respond to required communications within the timeframe specified by the Company, the order may be canceled without refund.

4.4 User Security Failures. Refunds will not be issued for loss of access caused by user negligence, including:

(a) compromised credentials; (b) shared accounts; (c) unauthorized access due to weak passwords; (d) failure to secure login information.

 

**ARTICLE V

NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD‑PARTY ACTIONS**

5.1 RSI/CIG Actions. The Company is not responsible for:

(a) account bans or suspensions; (b) loss of digital goods; (c) enforcement actions; (d) changes to game mechanics; (e) changes to Terms of Service by RSI/CIG.

5.2 Third‑Party Platforms. We are not responsible for:

(a) payment processor errors; (b) hosting provider outages; (c) email delivery failures; (d) game server downtime; (e) delays caused by third‑party systems.

5.3 User Responsibility for Platform Compliance. You are solely responsible for complying with all third‑party platform rules, including RSI/CIG Terms of Service. The Company is not liable for enforcement actions taken by third‑party platforms.

 

**ARTICLE VI

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS**

6.1 No Refunds for Interruptions. Refunds will not be issued for:

(a) website downtime; (b) maintenance; (c) delays caused by third‑party services; (d) delays caused by user error; (e) technical issues beyond the Company’s control.

6.2 Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

(a) server outages; (b) platform disruptions; (c) cyberattacks; (d) natural disasters; (e) regulatory actions.

 

**ARTICLE VII

NO WARRANTY OF AUTHENTICITY OR FUTURE VALUE**

7.1 No Warranty. The Company makes no warranty regarding:

(a) the future value of digital goods; (b) the continued availability of digital goods; (c) the marketability of digital goods; (d) the authenticity or accuracy of third‑party platform data.

7.2 No Guarantee of Outcome. The Company does not guarantee:

(a) successful account transfers; (b) future access to digital goods; (c) future game functionality; (d) future platform support.

 

**ARTICLE VIII

DISPUTES**

8.1 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration as described in the Terms of Service.

8.2 Class Action Waiver. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY**

9.1 Modifications. We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
