Release View

4.6.0

New Resource Gathering Missions

An expanded mission set for the Resource Gathering archetype arrives, asking you to find, gather, and deliver raw or refined mineables or salvageable ship components for a range of corporate clients. Scheduled for a 4.6.x patch, this update gives gatherers more structured work across the verse.

Argo MOTH

Argo’s medium salvager, the MOTH, enters the lineup. Designed with the tools to break down wrecks efficiently, storage to keep you out longer, and the weapons to stay safe while doing it, it’s now officially in the Released category.

Medical Light Armor "Chiron"

The new Chiron set joins the gear pool as a reward from the 4.6 event Clearing the Air. This light medical armor delivers a dedicated look for those keeping crews alive on-site.

Claw Salamanders Faction Outfits

New outfit variants are incoming for the Claw Salamanders of Nyx, including a full light armor set, a cape, and a mask. These additions help reinforce their faction identity in-game.

Heavy Combat Armor

A new heavy combat armor set for the persistent universe continues development and has now received a fresh visual update.

  • This card has received a new visual.

Light Combat Armor

The reworked light combat armor set also advances with newly updated visuals.

Progress Tracker

Several ongoing deliverables have updated schedules. As always, a completed task on the tracker doesn’t mean it’s immediately ready for release, as downstream work may still be needed.

Crafting T0

This first pass on crafting introduces the ability for players to create items using resources gathered across the persistent universe.

Inventory Rework

The team continues refining a more streamlined and improved experience for Inventory Management.

Vehicle Command Module

This feature enables certain vehicles to take control from larger host ships, a system especially relevant to the Drake Caterpillar and Ironclad.

FPS Radar & Scanning

Radar and scanning receive a unified, signature-driven system with greater ranges, environmental interaction, and consistent behavior across ships, ground vehicles, and FPS tools.

Instancing

Instancing technology continues its development toward enabling curated gameplay moments seamlessly embedded within the sandbox experience.

  • Extended to July 31st, 2026

Ship Hangar Landing Service

This feature brings the ability for large ships to rearm, repair, and restock other ships within their onboard hangars.

  • Started on November 3, 2025 and ending on May 29th, 2026
