- 2078: Founded by siblings Bartholomew and Vevrai Bevic after they received a substantial inheritance from their grandparents. The first product it sold was the canned beverage Get Up Coffee, which became popular among college students.
- 2093: Completed its first acquisition, merging with the Sunshine and Daisies Milk Company, which allowed Bevic to control its own dairy supply.
- 2122: Merged with the instant dinner manufacturer Page-Callier, expanding its scope to include food as well as beverages.
