History
Enforcer Caven "Rook" Garavis had enough and aimed to take over the fuel operations, to expand operations to refueling and racketeering. The ruling council, the Headhunters, deemed that it was too risky. He ended up splintering off and forming his own gang on July 19th, 2939.
Their name is a reflection on both the Rest & Relax franchise and their willingness to take any action needed to thrive.
While they defend their territory, they avoid getting drawn unnecessarily into conflict.
After Garavis' death due to a terminal illness in 2949, he was succeeded by his twin sons, Kaspar and Carlson Garavis, who are the current "kings" of the organization.
