What are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are in-game rewards you earn by watching participating Twitch streams. When you link your Star Citizen account with your Twitch account and watch any eligible Star Citizen stream for 4 hours, you’ll automatically unlock rewards. Once you’ve hit the viewing requirement, your reward appears in your Twitch inventory and can then be claimed to your RSI account.
What are the Drops for this campaign?
This campaign’s featured reward is the Geist 'Epoque' Armor Set, a full ensemble perfect for any frontier explorer. The set includes:

How long will the current campaign last?
This Drop campaign runs from November 20 through December 3. You’ll need to tune in before the campaign wraps up to earn your armor set.
How do I participate?
To get started, link your Twitch and RSI accounts using the instructions shown in the campaign announcement. Then, watch any Star Citizen live stream labeled “Drops Enabled.” Once you’ve watched for 4 hours, head to the Twitch Drops Inventory page to claim your reward. It will appear in your RSI Hangar shortly afterward.
Which live streams count toward earning Drops?
Any Star Citizen stream on Twitch with “Drops Enabled” counts. Starting November 20, community streamers who opt in to Twitch Drops can host the campaign and help their viewers earn rewards.
How can I check my progress or claim a Drop?
You can track your watch-time progress on the Twitch Drops Inventory page. Once your goal is complete, click “Claim” on Twitch to secure your Drop.
Do I need Twitch Prime to be eligible?
No Prime perks required! A standard Twitch account linked to your RSI account is all you need to take part.
Can I unlink or relink my Twitch account?
Yes. You can unlink your Twitch account anytime via your RSI Account Settings under Linked Accounts. To relink, simply repeat the connection process.
Can I link multiple Twitch accounts to one RSI account, or multiple RSI accounts to one Twitch account?
No. Each RSI account can only pair with one Twitch account, and vice versa. To switch, unlink your current connection before linking another account.
My Drop didn’t appear in my RSI account. What should I do?
If your Drop hasn’t shown up, double-check the following:
- You linked the correct Twitch and RSI accounts.
- You watched eligible streams while logged in to the linked Twitch account.
- You clicked “Claim” on Twitch after meeting the watch-time requirement.
- You’re logging in to the correct RSI account.
If the Drop still doesn’t appear after confirming these steps and it shows as unlocked on Twitch, contact Player Support for help.
