The week opens with the spirit of celebration still haunting the ‘verse. The Day of the Vara 2955 festivities continue across Stanton, from pumpkin decorating to horror story contests, complete with an earnable Spectrum badge and Halloween-themed FPS masks and ship paints. The frightful fun runs until November 3, keeping the spooky atmosphere alive a little longer.
Meanwhile, Alpha 4.3.2 has rolled out to all PTU waves, introducing new stories, mysterious developments, and a long list of quality-of-life improvements. The Frontier Fighters finale event, FPS Beam Tractor upgrades, and Structural Salvage updates are all in testing—players are invited to read the evolving PTU Patch Notes and share feedback on Spectrum. The September PU Monthly Report also dropped last week, offering a comprehensive look at development progress across CIG’s teams.
Maintenance & Technical Updates
Alpha 4.3.2’s PTU push to all waves marks the major technical milestone of the week, as the team continues to refine new narrative content and systems for inclusion in the live build. No extended maintenance windows were announced for this week.
