Kabal II is a terrestrial Mars-like desert planet in the green band of Kabal. It is a strong candidate for terraforming.

Due to a current archaeological survey it is protected from being settled or terraformed. However, Shubin Interstellar has petitioned the UEE to open Kabal II for this process, claiming that their are no signs of prior settlement.
