The latest Roadmap pass lands with a tidy set of clarifications, and this time it’s all about what’s officially wrapped for 4.4.0 and what’s tentatively lining up for 4.5.0. No fluff, no detours—just the straight accounting of what moved and why.

This update covers every change made in the November 19, 2025 Roadmap delivery, including finalization of all 4.4.0 cards and a suite of new 4.5.0 features now marked Tentative.

4.4.0 MaxOx Neutron Cannon Art Refactors Released Updating the art style and geometry for MaxOx Neutron Cannons (Size 1 and 2). Size 3 has been postponed and will be introduced in a future update.
4.5.0 Engineering Tentative Introducing dedicated shipboard engineering roles for managing power distribution, repairs, and system efficiency in real time.
4.5.0 Fire Hazards Tentative Adding fire hazards to ships and environments, along with Fire Extinguisher mechanics that require players to manage and extinguish spreading blazes.
4.5.0 Physical Helmets Tentative Implementing fully physical helmets. You can pick them up, rotate them, inspect them, carry them, clip them to your hip, toss them, and equip the exact same helmet with a fully realized interior.
4.5.0 New Barrel Attachments Tentative Adding new barrel attachments featuring scorched/tweaker power levels, plus a tactical VOLT flashlight.
4.5.0 Vulkan Renderer Improvements Tentative Improving Vulkan renderer stability and speed with crash fixes, diagnostic improvements, multi‑threaded render submission, HDR support, and NVidia DLSS Transformer model support. Also includes an overhaul of the Graphics Options screen with new settings and a VRAM bar.
4.5.0 FPS AI Improvements Tentative Enhancing FPS combat AI with smarter decision‑making, refined perception, better cover use, improved grenade targeting, friend/foe checks, group awareness, and animation sync improvements.
4.5.0 New Hairstyles (4.5.0) Tentative Adding three additional hairstyles and one new facial hair option.
