How to use
"He doesn't know how to use the three seashells", a character mocks Stallone. To this day, the mystery has not been explained.
Origin
The three seashells idea originated when one of Demolition Man’s writers, Daniel Waters, called another writer and friend, Larry Karaszewski, asking him for an idea to replace toilet paper in the future. Coincidentally enough, Larry was sitting on the throne and mentioned the three seashells that were next to the toilet as part of a pot-pourri kind of thing.
