The Anvil Crucible is a dedicated mobile repair ship built around an enclosed, pressurized bay, external repair arms, drones, parts, and specialist workstations. It lets a crew stabilize and repair spacecraft that cannot safely fly back to a hangar.
Field Support
The repair bay can magnetically secure a damaged craft and close around it, giving technicians protected access to the hull and components. For larger ships, the crew can open or detach the bay and work with external arms and drones while the Crucible holds a stable service position.
