The Apollo Medivac combines configurable treatment rooms with the armor and weapons needed for difficult rescue work. The crew can recover patients, begin care immediately, and continue treatment throughout the flight to a hospital.

Armored medical response for dangerous recoveries

Two configurable medical rooms let the crew trade patient capacity for treatment level. Extra protection helps the Medivac reach casualties in areas where an ordinary ambulance ship would be too exposed.

Development note: The Apollo Medivac is flight ready and entered the live game in Alpha 4.3.1. Because Star Citizen remains in active development, specifications, features, and imagery may change over time.

1. Choose the safest recovery point

   Balance patient access against the hazards around the landing or docking area.

2. Move the patient into a prepared bed

   Use a clear transfer route so assessment and treatment begin without an avoidable delay.

3. Stabilize the patient during flight

   Continue monitoring and care while the pilot heads for the receiving hospital.

4. Give the hospital a complete report

   Share the patient's condition, treatment, and next medical need before the transfer begins.
