Reclaimer at work
The Reclaimer can secure a wreck site, handle large pieces of debris, process recovered material, and carry a valuable load home without nearby support.
Heavy industrial salvage
Own the wreck
The Aegis Reclaimer is a self-contained industrial ship built to find, secure, break down, and process valuable wrecks far from conventional infrastructure.
Capital salvage platform
The Reclaimer is an industrial heavy Salvage ship developed by Aegis Dynamics. It features a robust cargo bay, a long-range jump drive, and launch pods designed for unmanned drones, making it exceptionally suited for exploiting wrecks found in the depths of space. Additionally, the ship is equipped with tractor beams, floodlights, various scanning options, and docking ports, enhancing its functionality as a versatile and practical spacecraft.

The Reclaimer is currently flight ready and available in-game. Because Star Citizen remains in active development, specifications, features, and imagery may change over time.
Mission systems
Four systems define the Reclaimer's working identity and the missions it is designed to complete.

The Reclaimer's defining mechanical arm is built around manipulating large wreck sections for industrial recovery.

Dedicated salvage and material-handling spaces turn recovered structure into cargo the crew can store and sell.

Tractor beams, scanning equipment, floodlights, docking access, and planned support craft expand what the ship can tackle.

A network of defensive weapons helps protect the ship and its crew while they work slowly around valuable wreck sites.

A large internal cargo arrangement lets the crew accumulate industrial output before committing the ship to a long return journey.

Jump capability, habitation, site lighting, scanning, and docking access support recovery work beyond convenient station coverage.
Aegis Dynamics engineering
Every major system is arranged around capital salvage platform operations, giving the crew a clear path from approach to execution and recovery.

It is suited to crews ready to pursue large sites and keep multiple specialists productive for an extended shift.
Bridge and salvage operators depend on internal crew to keep output flowing instead of allowing one stage to block the whole ship.
The Reclaimer is enormous and deliberate. The crew needs room to operate, a valuable target, and a destination prepared for the recovered load.
Heavy recovery
The Reclaimer brings scale to every part of salvage. It surveys the site, controls large wreck sections, keeps several specialists working inside one hull, and carries enough output to justify travelling far from ordinary cleanup routes.

The crew reads the debris field, identifies useful material, and plans safe movement around unstable structure.
Floodlights, scanning, tractor equipment, and the ship's immense presence create an organized zone around the target.
The claw and dedicated salvage stations allow several operators to work at a scale beyond light recovery ships.
Internal capacity lets the crew remain productive before committing the long return trip to sale, transfer, or further processing.
Heavy industrial recovery
The Reclaimer combines heavy recovery equipment, coordinated site control, a dedicated operating crew, and the internal capacity needed to make a distant wreck worth the journey.

The ship's defining arm works at a scale suited to large wreck sections and industrial recovery rather than light cleanup.

Scanning, floodlights, tractor equipment, and remote stations help the crew manage a complex site around a very large hull.

The industrial cockpit keeps the flight crew connected to the specialists operating salvage stations throughout the ship.

The Reclaimer's enormous working hull gives a multi-crew team the space and capacity to remain productive far from a convenient port.
Crew and logistics
Crew roles, workload, and support needs shape how this capital salvage platform performs after departure.
The Reclaimer connects bridge decisions, exterior recovery, processing stations, and internal material movement. Filling seats helps only when those roles share one workflow.
