Delivery Method

• Almost all items are delivered through the RSI Gifting System.
  
  How does it work? Once you purchase an item we gift it to your email, you then receive a direct email from RSI titled "Someone sent you a gift from Roberts Space Industries", once you find it, open it and click the link inside to claim the ship.
  
  
  

• Accounts are the only exception and are delivered directly via email, not through RSI gifting.

Delivery Timeframes

• Most digital items (including gear, paints, and upgrades) are typically delivered within 5 minutes of purchase.

• Standalone ships and Original Concepts are usually delivered within 30 minutes.

• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if we are temporarily limited by RSI gifting restrictions.

  • If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

  • These situations are uncommon.

Verification for High-Value Orders

• If you are a new customer and place an order for a high-value item, we may require additional verification before proceeding with delivery.

• This is a standard security measure to protect both parties and prevent fraud.

Important Delivery Notes

• The email address that receives the gift does not determine what account the item is added to.

• What matters is the RSI account you are logged into when you click the gift link.

• As long as you have access to the email containing the gift link, you can claim the item any RSI account.

PayPal Orders

• If you use PayPal at checkout, the item will be delivered to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
