Joona Tzur is Governor of Severus, Kiel system.
Tzur was one of only a few hundred people whose Kiel roots extended further than two generations, beginning with his great-grandmother who chose to remain in the system upon retiring from the Army.
He was elected Severus’ Governor in 2903.
