The long-vacant storefront in remains closed due to an ongoing legal dispute between the complex’s management and renowned chef Cutty Crawford. Originally slated to open in 2952, the planned fine-dining establishment was abandoned after escalating Nine Tails attacks on Orison led Crawford to withdraw from the deal, citing security concerns. Stratus officials, however, argued that the chef’s withdrawal violated contractual obligations, sparking a legal battle over owed rent and penalties. Until the dispute is resolved, the space remains empty, a quiet reminder of the persistent security challenges Crusader faces.
