Wallace Klim is a drug chemist and dealer who has set up shop at GrimHex. Wallace is frequently found either under the influence of drugs or completely out cold. He reveals in dialogue that he had a cat since the age of 14, but on a trip to Crusader it blew over the railings "and was crushed within the center of a gas giant".

He was an instructor of chemical engineering at the University of Rhetor, but his employment was terminated for unknown causes. Nowadays he is one of the top producers of high-end drugs in the Stanton System.
Missions
Klim is a mission giver who tasks the player with making up sample batches of drugs by visiting various facilities. Your first meeting with him is unlocked by completing the mission Supply Re-Up.
According to Delphi, he is allied with Eddie Parr, Michael Shaw and the Nine Tails and has a rivalry with Tecia Pacheco. (Tecia talks about a rival in dialogue and this can be inferred to be Wallace.)
Development
Wallace Klim was first added to Levski as a Mission Giver in Alpha 3.4.0. He offered delivery missions. The player had to deliver a batch of a drug (which can be E'tam, Altruciatoxin or SLAM) to 'stash houses' on the three moons.
In Alpha 3.8.0 Wallace Klim was moved to GrimHex.
Datamined voice files reveal that he is connected with both New Babbage's Eddie Parr and Lorville's Michael Shaw, and may be in hostile competition with Area18's Tecia Pacheco. That was confirmed ingame in Alpha 3.13.0.
Trivia
Wallace exhibits the telltale black veins of an excessive WiDoW user.
