Pirate Week 2025 - Paints, Treasure Hunts & Pirate Swarm

Avast ye, scallywags—it’s that time o’ year again when the black fills with Jolly Rogers and mischief reigns supreme. Pirate Week 2955 (that’s 2025 if ye be landlocked) has dropped anchor, bringing paints, challenges, treasure hunts, and a full-blown call to all rogues to show their colors. Whether ye prefer to plunder in Arena Commander or flaunt yer Skullcrusher paint across the ‘verse, there’s something here for every rapscallion.

Overview

The Pirate Week 2025 event is live, loaded with special paints, competitions, and activities across the ‘verse. From Arena Commander’s Pirate Swarm to designing yer own flag, this event celebrates the brigands, cutthroats, and freebooters of Star Citizen. Ships and gear are featured, treasure hunts await, and only the boldest will earn the title of Pirate Aggressor.

Key Highlights

• Shiver Me Livery (Pirate Paints): The Skullcrusher paint returns, ready to menace foes on Asgards, Corsairs, Avengers, and Ursas. All previous Pirate Week paints are also available for yer fleet.
• Bounty Abounds (Treasure Hunt): Clues are scattered across Spectrum, socials, newsletters, and beyond. Four clues are already live, with more to come. Decipher the Pirate’s Code to snag some pirate hangar décor.
• Yella-Bellies Beware (Pirate Swarm): Face off against the merciless Pirate Swarm in Arena Commander. Victors earn the Pirate Aggressor badge, unlocking access to the pirate Aegis Gladius or Drake Caterpillar.
• Blast the Jolly Roger! (Fly Yer Own Flag): Design a pirate flag that strikes terror into the hearts of landlubbers. The best flags will be rewarded with ships worthy of the most dastardly rogues. Details are hosted on Spectrum.
• Additional Features: Limited-time packs, Skullcrusher paints, Classic Pirate paints, featured gear, and ships are highlighted during the event.

• Pirate Paints: Equip Skullcrusher or classic Pirate Week paints to give yer ships a fearsome look.
• Treasure Hunt: Track clues across official channels to uncover the Pirate’s Code and earn themed hangar décor.
• Arena Commander: Queue into Pirate Swarm, fight waves of pirate AI, and win the Pirate Aggressor badge to access exclusive pirate ship variants.
• Flag Contest: Sail into Spectrum and submit yer custom pirate flag for the design competition. Winners sail away with a ship prize.
